Maximum capacity is variable, depending on layout, seating, and parking requirements.
Sunday & Friday: $ 4750 | Saturday: $ 6250 | Any other day: $ 3750
The above rates are based on a 4-hour event, with the full day for setup (starting at 10 AM;) and up to 2 hours for breakdown.
If your event is not a 4-hour event, please contact us for a custom quote.
Enjoy a flexible approach to vendors!
We are happy to provide a list of recommended caterers, bartenders, coordinators & decorators upon request. All vendors must check out with the venue representative prior to leaving. There is no fee for bringing in your own vendors, provided that they are licensed and insured.
The Westside Warehouse does not have a liquor license and does not provide beverages of any sort. You may source & bring your own alcohol for your event, but it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
Please note that ice is not available on-site, and is to be provided by your designated outside vendor.
We allow you to bring in your own caterer at no extra charge.
Free parking!
Parking for more than 120 vehicles is available directly on-site, at no cost to you or your guests.
Security officers are available at a cost of $65 per officer, per hour.
How do I reserve my date?
To secure your date on our calendar, a deposit of 50% of the rental rate is due at the time of the reservation, along with a signed copy of the rental agreement. This deposit is non-refundable.
We will keep a credit card on file to cover any damage, excessive cleaning or staff overtime caused by clients, guests or vendors; should they occur.
Your final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.
The Westside Warehouse accepts payments in the form of cash, checks or cards. A 3% administration fee is applied to all card transactions.
