Our converted warehouse boasts soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed iron beams and epoxy concrete floors. The industrial aesthetic is softened by handcrafted rustic details and antique French doors. The above rates are based on a 4-hour event, with the full day for setup (starting at 10 AM;) and up to 2 hours for breakdown. Included in this fee is a venue representative to help with general assistance for the duration of your event.
If your event is not a typical 4-hour event, please contact us for a custom quote.

We are happy to provide a list of recommended caterers, florists, food trucks, bands, event coordinators & furniture suppliers upon request. All vendors must check out with the venue representative prior to leaving.
The Westside Warehouse does not have a liquor license and does not provide beverages of any sort. You may source & bring your own alcohol for your event.
Please note that ice is not available on-site, and is to be provided by your designated outside vendor.
We allow you to bring in your own caterer at no extra charge.

Parking for more than 120 vehicles is available directly on-site, at no cost to you or your guests.
1 security officer will be provided for all events. Additional security is available, at a cost of 200$ per 4 hours.
To secure your reserved event date on our calendar, a deposit of 50% of the rental rate is due at the time of the reservation, along with a signed copy of the rental agreement.
We will keep a credit card on file to cover any damage, excessive cleaning or staff overtime caused by clients, guests or vendors; should they occur.
The final payment of the remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
The Westside Warehouse accepts payments in the form of cash, checks or credit card. A 3% administration fee is applied to all credit card transactions.
We loved the outdoor courtyard space for our ceremony, and Julien went above and beyond to make sure it was ready. The industrial vibe inside went perfectly with our wedding, and the space is so versatile. We had 200 people for our event and everyone loved the space. Highly recommend!
