Sunday & Friday: $ 4750 | Saturday: $ 6250 | Any other day: $ 3750
The above rates are based on a 4-hour event, with the full day included for setup (starting at 10 AM) and up to 2 hours for breakdown. Included in this fee is a venue representative to help with general assistance for the duration of your event.
Extra hours of event time are available at a rate of $500 per hour.

While we are happy to provide a list of recommended vendors, we work with any licensed and insured vendor of your choosing. All vendors must check out with the venue representative prior to leaving.
The Westside Warehouse does not have a liquor license and does not provide beverages of any sort. You may source & bring your own alcohol for your event, but it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
Please note that ice is not available on-site, and is to be provided by your designated outside vendor.
We allow you to bring in your own caterer at no extra charge, provided that they are licensed and insured.
Free parking!
Parking for more than 120 vehicles is available directly on-site, at no cost to you or your guests.
Security officers are available at a cost of $60 per officer, per hour.
How do I reserve my date?
To secure your date on our calendar, a deposit of 50% of the rental rate is due at the time of the reservation, along with a signed copy of the rental agreement. This deposit is non-refundable.
We will keep a credit card on file to cover any damage, excessive cleaning or staff overtime caused by clients, guests or vendors; should they occur.
Your final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.
The Westside Warehouse accepts payments in the form of cash, checks or cards. A 3% administration fee is applied to all card transactions.

What would my wedding day look like?
Your wedding day starts with access to our venue at 10AM. Your vendors can load in and start setting up while you are getting hair and makeup done in our dressing rooms. You are then able to get all your pictures knocked out before the ceremony even starts – at no extra charge.
The ceremony start time is when your event time begins. Party all night long, then it’s up to 2 hours included for breakdown.
Rest easy knowing that you have access to the entire property on wedding day – no need to share the parking lot or the property; only 1 event per day.
