What is the starting rate for a rental?
- $3,750

Do you charge a fee to bring in your own liquor?
- No we do not. The only requirement is that the bartenders are licensed and insured.

Do you allow outside vendors?
- We allow all outside vendors for no additional charge! Head over to the "Vendors" tab to check out some of our favorites.

What is the maximum capacity of your venue?
- We can accommodate up to 215 guests for a seated reception, and up to 275 cocktail style.

What is included with the venue rental?
- We provide 12 60-inch round tables, 8 24-inch high boys and our selection of antique furniture. This selection includes over a dozen farm tables, different seating pieces and a variety of decorative pieces. 200 white resin folding chairs are also included. Linens are not provided.

What are the rules for decorating?
- We do not allow live candles if they are not properly enclosed. We also cannot have any dried flower arrangements if there are any live candles. We do not allow rice, birdseed, confetti or stickers. When in doubt, please ask!
