Welcome to The Westside Warehouse. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of thewestsidewarehouse.com (the “Site”) and our communications with you. The Site is operated by Events with Flaire, LLC, doing business as The Westside Warehouse (“we,” “us,” “our”), located at 996 Huff Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about our venue and allows you to request pricing, submit inquiries, and schedule tours. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. When you provide your phone number through a form on the Site, you consent to receive text messages from The Westside Warehouse related to your inquiry, including pricing information, tour scheduling, follow-ups, and event-related updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent is optional. Providing a phone number is voluntary and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, submit a new inquiry or reply START.

Privacy. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely to communicate with you about your inquiry. We do not share or sell your phone number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Email Communications
By submitting an inquiry with your email address, you agree to receive emails from us related to your inquiry, including pricing information and follow-ups. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is the property of Events with Flaire, LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
5. Bookings
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a tour does not reserve a date or constitute a booking. Venue rentals are governed by a separate written event agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pricing and availability shown or sent are subject to change until confirmed in a signed event agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Events with Flaire, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
